US issues final results of CVD review on LD welded pipe from Turkey

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the final results of its administrative review of the countervailing duty (CVD) orders on large diameter (LD) welded pipe from Turkey for the period between January 1, 2022, and December 31, 2022.

Accordingly, the DOC has determined final subsidy rates of 2.18 percent for Çimtaş Boru İmalatları Ticaret Ltd and 6.31 percent for HDM Çelik Boru Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.Ş.
