US ITC to continue investigation of ferrovanadium from Korea

Thursday, 12 May 2016 22:02:02 (GMT+3)   |   San Diego

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) today determined that there is a reasonable indication that a US industry is materially injured by reason of imports of ferrovanadium from Korea that are allegedly sold in the United States at less than fair value.

All six Commissioners voted in the affirmative.

As a result of the Commission’s affirmative determination, the US Department of Commerce will continue to conduct its investigation on imports of this product from Korea, with its preliminary antidumping duty determination due on or about September 6, 2016.
