Vietnam's Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) has announced the results of the second review of the antidumping (AD) order on cold rolled (CR) stainless steel imports from China, Malaysia, Indonesia and Taiwan.
Accordingly, the new antidumping duties would be unchanged for all the exporters from the four countries, except for Indonesia-based PT Jindal Stainless Indonesia for which the duty rate has been reduced, against the rates in the previous review and be applicable from July 20, 2018 to October 10, 2019.
The review was launched in May last year following a first review of the same duties in April 2016.
The products in question are classified under the HS codes 7219.32.00, 7219.33.00, 7219.34.00, 7219.35.00, 7219.90.00, 7220.20.10, 7220.20.90, 7220.90.10 and 7220.90.90.
