Baosteel increases stainless steel export offers for November shipments

Chinese steel giant Baosteel has increased its stainless steel hot rolled coil (HRC) and cold rolled coil (CRC) export prices for October shipments by $30-50/mt as compared to last month.
 
Accordingly, Baosteel is now offering 304 series stainless steel HRC to the export market at $2,450/mt FOB, while its offers for 304 series stainless steel CRC are at $2,650/mt FOB. Both price ranges have moved up by $50/mt over the last month. In the meantime, Baosteel's offers for 430 series stainless steel HRC have increased by $30/mt since last month to $1,210/mt FOB and its 430 series stainless steel CRC export offers are at $1,430/mt FOB, indicating an increase of $30/mt. All offers are for November shipments.
