Over the past two weeks, most Turkish merchant bar re-rollers have kept their export prices stable at $660-680/mt FOB. Currently, official ex-Turkey equal angle offers are mostly standing at $660-680/mt FOB, for late February-March shipment.

Most merchant bar re-rollers are monitoring the import scrap and billet price trends, a few merchant bar re-rollers are applying aggressive pricing policy to generate sales. Most merchant bar re-rollers focus on nearby countries like Europe and the Balkan region.

The SteelOrbis daily Turkish billet import reference price stands at $545-570/mt CFR, versus $545-565/mt CFR two weeks ago.
