India’s RINL floats export tender for 15,000 mt of rebar for April delivery

Indian government-run steel producer Rahtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) has floated an export tender for various grades and sizes of rebar aggregating 15,000 mt for delivery by April 10, company sources said on Tuesday, February 20.

The last date for submission of bids has been fixed for February 24 and delivery will be executed against 100 percent advance payment.

On offer are rebar of sizes in the range of 16-36 mm of grades BS 4449, CS 2 and SS 560, and bundles for each grade and size are five metric tons. Bids will have to be submitted for a minimum of 500 mt aggregate of all sizes and grades.
