India’s RINL floats export tender for 30,000 mt of billet

Indian government-run steel producer Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) has floated an export tender for 30,000 mt of prime concast steel billet for shipment by April 10, 2024, company sources said on Tuesday, February 20.

The last date for submission of bids has been set for February 27 for a minimum bid volume of 20,000 mt.

Delivery will be executed against 100 percent advance payment.

The latest offer comes close of the heels of another tender floated by the company for 15,000 mt of prime concast billet, bidding for which is slated to close on February 21.
