Nucor raises rebar and merchant bar prices

Nucor sent a letter to customers indicating that effective with all new orders, it will be raising rebar transaction prices by $2.50 cwt. ($55/mt or $50/nt).

Additionally, the company announced it will be raising prices for merchant bar products by $3.00 cwt. ($66/mt or $60/nt), also effective with all new orders.
