Ex-Black Sea scrap offers decline

Ex-Black Sea scrap offers to Turkish steel mills have lately indicated decreases. In Romaniascrap collection prices are at about $400/mt, while ex-Romania A3 scrap offers given to Turkish mills are standing at $435/mt CFR. SteelOrbis has learned from market sources that some scrap suppliers may even accept prices at $430/mt CFR.
 
On the other hand, ex-Bulgaria A3 scrap offers to Turkey are at $435/mt CFR, while ex-Russia A3 scrap offers to Turkey are in the price range of $435-440/mt CFR.
