The Czech seamless pipe market continues to suffer from particularly low demand. Over the past month, export offers of seamless pipes from Czech producer ArcelorMittal Ostrava have decreased by a maximum of €10/mt amid feeble demand from foreign buyers and very poor transaction activity. However, buying interest in seamless pipes from the Czech Republic remains rather weak in foreign markets. Market players do not expect to see a recovery in seamless pipe demand at the start of next year in view of the persistence of unfavorable conditions in the market. Meanwhile, seamless pipe prices will likely remain at current levels until the end of the year.
