According to market sources, over the past week a Ukrainian steel producer’s offers to Europe for 0.25"-12" grade B seamless pipes as per ASTM A53 or API have remained stable at $660-710/mt FCA, since the producer has resisted the price declines seen in the global pipe market and has been successful in concluding deals at its current price levels. Meanwhile, the producer’s price offers to the Middle East for the same product have also remained unchanged, still in the range of $730-760/mt FOB.
