Brazil extends AD duty on cold rolled stainless imports from China and Taiwan

Brazil Ministry of Industry, Foreign Trade and Services has announced that it has extended that antidumping (AD) duties on cold rolled stainless steel imports from China and Taiwan for another five years. The ministry decided to terminate the antidumping duties for Germany, South Korea, Finland and Vietnam.

Accordingly, antidumping duties on Chinese imports stand at the range of $175.62-$629.44/mt, while duty rates for Taiwan range between $93.36/mt and $705.61/mt.

The products subject to antidumping duty currently fall under Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7219.32.00, 7219.33.00, 7219.34.00, 7219.35.00 and 7220.20.94.
