China’s coal output down 10.2 percent in January-August

In August this year, China’s raw coal output totaled 280 million mt, down 11.0 percent year on year, as announced by China's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).

In the January-August period of current year, China’s raw coal output totaled 2.18 billion mt, down 10.2 percent year on year.
