European commercial vehicle registrations down 13.5 percent in Jan-Feb

In February this year, new commercial vehicle registrations in the European Union (EU) fell by 15.7 percent year on year to 131,874 units, according to the European Automobile Manufacturers’ Association (ACEA).

In the first two months of this year, new commercial vehicle registrations in the EU totaled 257,127 units, down 13.5 percent on year-on-year basis. Spain (-21.9%), France (-19.3%), Germany (-5.8%) and Italy (-2.8%) all recorded declines.
