Malaysia extends AD duties on CR stainless steel products from four countries

The Malaysian Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) has announced that it has decided to extend the antidumping (AD) duties on cold rolled stainless steel from China, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand for another five years effective as of July 27, 2023 until July 26, 2028.

Accordingly, the products will be subject to antidumping duties ranging at 2.68-23.95 percent for China, 4.44-7.27 percent for South Korea, 2.79-14.02 percent for Taiwan and 22.86-111.61 percent for Thailand, in terms of CIF-based prices.

The products subject to antidumping duties currently fall under Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers of 7219.31.00.00, 7219.32.00.00, 7219.33.00.00, 7219.34.00.00, 7219.35.00.00, 7220.20.10.00 and 7220.20.90.00.
