Share of NEVs in China’s total purchases of vehicles for official government usage not to be less than 30%

China’s Ministry of Finance (MOF) has announced that the proportion of new energy vehicles in China’s total annual procurement of vehicles for official government usage should not be less than 30 percent.

In particular, a 100 percent share of new energy vehicles will be procured for official government vehicles used for essential communications and some other purposes.
