The Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from South Korea.

During the review period from November 1, 2022, to October 31, 2023, Husteel Co., Ltd and Hyundai Steel Company were found to have made sales of the subject products at less than normal value. The DOC has determined weighted average dumping margins of 1.21 for Husteel and 0.01 for Hyundai.

The final results of the review are expected to be announced within 120 days of the publication of the preliminary results.
