Wisconsin fabricator acquired by investment group

Kaukauna, Wisconsin-based fabricator Mid Valley Industries has been acquired by Milwaukee-based investment group Accelity Group. Investors in the group include principals from Super Steel, Cobalt Partners LLC, Sparta Capital Partners, the Jor-Mac Company, Empire Coatings, and Tower Machining and Tower Power Solutions.

The acquisition was made in partnership with Gardner Standard, a Minneapolis, Minnesota-based investment firm.

Mid Valley employs about 80 workers in its 90,000-square-foot plant.
