Local Chinese steel pipe prices move sideways or fluctuate slightly

Local Chinese steel pipe prices have remained stable or indicated slight fluctuations  during the past week.

Local Chinese seamless pipe prices have showed a stable trend during the past week. Overall trading activity has been weak. Upstream billet prices have indicated minor fluctuations. As for the week ahead, it is believed that seamless pipe prices may continue a mostly stable trend.

Chinese welded pipe prices have indicated slight fluctuations during the past week in line with minor fluctuations in upstream steel strip prices. Overall trading activity for welded pipes has continued to be sluggish. As for the week ahead, it is believed that welded pipe prices may continue their trend of slight fluctuations.
