China terminates AD duty on stainless seamless pipes from EU and Japan

China's Ministry of Commerce (MOC) has announced that it has decided to terminate the antidumping (AD) duties on high performance stainless steel seamless pipes imported from the European Union (EU) and Japan after the reinvestigation of the mentioned imports in line with the ruling of the World Trade Organization (WTO) against China.
 
On November 9, 2012, the ministry had imposed AD duties ranging from 9.2 percent to 14.4 percent on imports of the given products from the EU and Japan
 
The products in question currently fall under Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 73044110 and 73044910.
