Civil construction costs in Buenos Aires improve in April

Civil construction costs in the greater Buenos Aires area in April rose 4.4 percent, month-on-month, according to data released this week by the country’s statistics agency, Indec.
 
Indec said the cost of materials, workforce and general expenses in April increased 1, 6.9 and 3.7 percent, month-on-month.
 
In the year-on-year analysis, local civil construction costs grew 25 percent in April, year-on-year.
 
Cost of materials, workforce and general expenses in April increased 19.8, 25 and 47.7 percent, year-on-year, respectively.
