Pakistan initiates AD duty probe on color-coated sheet imports from China, S. Africa

Pakistan’s National Tariff Commission has announced that it has initiated an antidumping (AD) duty investigation against color-coated steel coils and sheets from China and South Africa.
 
The investigation will cover the period between January 1, 2016 and December 31, 2016 and it will determine whether color-coated steel coils and sheets originating in and/or exported from China and South Africa were dumped in Pakistan and whether such dumping has caused and/or is causing material injury to the domestic industry. 
 
The products subject to antidumping duty investigation currently fall under Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7210.7010, 7210.7020, 7210.7090, 7212.4010 and 7212.4090.
