Taiwan’s CSC reports higher operating revenues for H1

Taiwan’s largest steelmaker China Steel Corporation (CSC) has announced that in June and the first half of this year its carbon steel sales totaled 642,263 mt and 3.96 million mt, respectively.

In the January-June period, CSC’s operating revenues amounted to NTD 188.33 billion ($5.73 billion), increasing by one percent year on year, while its operating income totaled NTD 2.07 billion ($63 million), compared to a NTD 1.41 billion operating income recorded in the same period last year.
