On April 9, SteelOrbis reported that HRC offers to Chile were reportedly at $620-635/mt CFR and CRC at $665-670/mt CFR.

Sources inform SteelOrbis that through the past two weeks, Chinese traders have been seeking to motivate buyers and reduced HRC prices to a wide range of $610-630/mt CFR and CRC continued at $665-670/mt CFR. While CRC prices remained relatively stable with some discount offers on volume buys, HRC prices declined $10/mt from the bottom of the early-April range and $5/mt from the top of the same range.
