In September this year, China’s auto export volume totaled 60,000 units, down 4.9 percent month on month, while increasing by 8.1 percent year on year, including 42,000 passenger vehicles and 18,000 commercial vehicles, down 1.4 percent and decreasing by 12.1 percent month on month, while up 15.5 percent and 6.0 percent year on year, respectively, as announced by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM).
In the January-September period of the current year, China’s auto export volume totaled 493,000 units, down 11.0 percent year on year, including 320,000 passenger vehicles and 173,000 commercial vehicles, down 0.9 percent and 25.1 percent year on year, respectively.
