South Korea’s new car registrations down 1.5 percent in January-September

In September this year, South Korea’s new car registrations increased by 11.6 percent month on month and by 10.1 percent year on year to 24,839 units, according to the data released by the Korea Automobile Importers and Distributors Association (KAIDA).

Meanwhile, in the January-September period this year, South Korean new car registrations declined by 1.5 percent year on year to 194,731 units.
