South Korea’s new car registrations down 3.9 percent in January-June

In June this year, South Korea’s new car registrations increased by 4.5 percent month on month and fell by 5.4 percent year on year to 25,300 units, according to the data released by the Korea Automobile Importers and Distributors Association (KAIDA).

Meanwhile, in the January-June period this year, South Korean new car registrations declined by 3.9 percent year on year to 125,652 units.
