South Korea’s new car registrations down 7.8 percent in January-April

In April this year, South Korea’s new car registrations decreased by 14.7 percent month on month and went up by 3.1 percent year on year to 21,560 units, according to the data released by the Korea Automobile Importers and Distributors Association (KAIDA).

Meanwhile, in the January-April period this year, South Korean new car registrations declined by 7.8 percent year on year to 76,143 units.
