US DOC to launch full-scale investigation against OCTG imports

On Friday, the US International Trade Commission (ITC) made its preliminary injury determinations in the antidumping (AD) investigations of OCTG from India, Korea, the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, and Vietnam and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of OCTG from India and Turkey.

The ITC made affirmative determinations with respect to all nine countries.

As a result of the ITC's determinations, the US Department of Commerce will conduct full-scale AD and CVD investigations of OCTG from these countries.
