The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping (AD) duty order on circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe (CWP) from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for the period between December 1, 2021, and November 30, 2022.

Accordingly, the US DOC has determined that sales of the subject goods were made below normal value during the period of review.

The DOC has calculated weighted-average dumping margins of 0.90 percent for Conares Metal Supply Limited, 1.0 percent for Universal Tube and Plastic Industries, Ltd, THL Tube and Pipe Industries LLC, and KHK Scaffolding and Formwork LLC, and 0.98 percent for other companies.

The final antidumping duties for the country are applicable from July 12.
