US issues preliminary AD review results on cold-drawn mechanical tubing from India

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain cold-drawn mechanical tubing from India.

During the review period between June 1, 2022, and May 31, 2023, Indian producers Goodluck India Limited (Goodluck) and Tube Products of India Ltd. were found to have made sales of the given products at less than normal value. The DOC has determined weighted-average dumping margins of 2.64 percent for Goodluck and 2.44 percent for Tube Products of India Ltd.

The final result of the review is expected to be announced within 120 days of publication of the preliminary results.
