Brazil imposes AD duty on ex-Ukraine seamless pipe

The Brazilian industry and foreign trade ministry's commerce chamber, Camex, announced on November 24, that it has imposed an antidumping (AD) duty on imports of seamless steel pipe with an external diameter of 141.3 mm from Ukraine.
 
The antidumping duty rates stand at $155.8/mt for Interpipe Niko Tube LLC and PJSC Interpipe NTRP and at $708.6/mt for all other companies.
 
The product subject to antidumping duty currently falls under Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7304.19.00.
