On December 10, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced the rescission of its antidumping (AD) duty administrative review against light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from China.

The review was to cover Sun Group Inc. during the period from August 1, 2009, through July 31, 2009.

On October 15, 2010, Sun Group timely withdrew its request for an administrative review, and no other party requested a review. Therefore, the DOC rescinded the review.
