US ITC announces schedule for sunset review of AD of standard pipe

Monday, 16 January 2012 02:02:16 (GMT+3)   |

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) has announced the schedule for its sunset review of the antidumping (AD) orders on welded carbon steel pipe and tube (standard pipe) from Brazil, India, Korea, Mexico, Taiwan, Thailand, and Turkey and the countervailing duty (CVD) order on standard pipe from Turkey

The ITC will hold a public hearing on May 3, and it has established a schedule for submitting prehearing and posthearing briefs.

The ITC is expected to vote in June.

Although the US Department of Commerce has already affirmative determinations in its phase of the sunset review, a negative injury determination by the ITC will result in revocation of the orders.
