CAAM: China’s passenger vehicle output up 5.1 percent in Jan-Feb

In the January-February period this year, the output and sales volumes of passenger vehicles in China amounted to 3.559 million units and 3.613 million units, respectively, both up 5.1 percent year on year, as announced by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM). 

As for commercial vehicles, domestic output and sales volumes in the January-February period this year amounted to 510,000 units and 474,000 units, down 4.8 percent and decreasing by one percent year on year, respectively.
