China Auto Dealer Inventory Warning Index stands at 60.4% in April

The China Auto Dealer Inventory Warning Index stood at 60.4 percent in April this year, down 6.0 percentage points year on year, while down 2.0 percentage points month on month, as announced by the China Automobile Dealers Association (CADA).    

CADA stated that auto sales in China in April were better than in March. Meanwhile, Lang Xuehong, CADA vice secretary, has predicted that auto sales in May will amount to 1.85 million units, higher than the 1.7 million units recorded in April.
