France’s construction cost index down 4.1 percent in Q2

According to the data released by France's National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies (INSEE), the country's constuction cost index in the second quarter of 2009 fell 4.1 percent year on year and was down  0.33 percent over the first quarter. The index was at the same level in the first quarter of 2008.

In the first quarter of 2009, the index had increased by 0.4 percent year on year.
