The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the preliminary results of its administrative reviews of the antidumping duty orders on certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Belgium.

During the review periods from May 1, 2022, to April 30, 2023, Belgian producer Industeel was found to have made sales of the given products at less than normal value. The DOC has determined a weighted-average dumping margin of 2.52 percent for the company.

In addition, the DOC rescinded the review on imports of the given product for 18 Belgian companies, including NLMK Belgium, that made no shipments of carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate into the US during the period of review.
